Scope of Facade Consultancy Services

• Coordination of architectural design meetings.
• Preparation of the Facade Technical Specification in line with decisions made during architectural coordination meetings.
• Preparation of facade quantity take-offs, the Contract Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and typical facade details.
• Preparation of the shortlist of facade contractors in coordination with the Client.
• Management of the facade tender process, from tender issuance through evaluation and award.
• Coordination of contract preparation and execution with the selected facade contractor.
• Review, correction, and approval of the facade contractor's technical submittals.
• Organization and approval of the full-scale performance Mock-Up demonstrating the approved facade system.
